Privacy policy of artadent.dev

Last updated: 3 October 2026.

This policy explains how the artadent.dev website handles personal data. It covers this website and its demo request form only — not the patient data clinics keep in the ArtaDent application.

Who handles your data

artadent.dev is run by ArtaTech, the company that develops ArtaDent. For any question about your data, write to us at hello@artadent.dev.

What we collect

When you send the demo form, we receive what you entered: your name, the clinic’s name, your email address, your phone number (if you gave one), the number of dentists and your message (if you wrote one), together with the page language and the time it was sent.

The website uses no analytics or advertising cookies and builds no visitor profiles. To protect the form from automated submissions we use Vercel BotID, which checks technical details of the browser, and we count submissions by a one-way hash of the IP address that the address cannot be read from (the address itself is not stored with your request).

Why we use it

We use the details from the form only to reply to you, to arrange and hold the demo and, if you wish, to prepare an offer for your clinic. We do not sell them and do not use them for marketing campaigns without your separate consent.

Who else has access

Only the ArtaDent team that handles requests can see them. Our service providers process them technically, only as far as the website needs: Vercel (website hosting and form protection), Supabase (the database, in a Frankfurt data center, EU), Resend (delivering the notification email to our team) and Upstash (counting submissions to prevent abuse — no form details).

How long we keep it

We keep a demo request for at most 24 months after we receive it; after that it is deleted automatically. If your clinic becomes an ArtaDent customer, the details needed for working together are handled under our agreement.

Your rights

You can ask to see your data, to have it corrected or deleted, to restrict its processing, and you can object to it. Just write to us at hello@artadent.dev. If you believe your data has not been handled lawfully, you can contact the competent data protection authority.

Changes to this policy

If we change the way we handle data, we will update this page and the date of its last update.
